As a proactive team player, you’ll collaborate closely with our management team to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and effectively. With a strong background in managing or supervising a busy restaurant environment, you’ll bring ambition and pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Hours: 42.5 per week (5 days per week, including late nights and weekends)
Salary: £28,500 per annum, plus tips & share of tronc
