Whether you’re planning an intimate afternoon tea or a larger baby shower celebration, our dedicated event spaces, delicious catering options, and tranquil surroundings make Moddershall Oaks one of the most unique baby shower venues in Staffordshire.

The acorn suite
For a smaller and more intimate setting, discover the Acorn Suite. Following a full refurbishment in 2021, the cosy, elegant Acorn Suite comfortably accommodates 18-26 guests and includes:-
- A private balcony with breath-taking views over the lake and woodlands
- Plenty of natural light & skylights
- Music system (to connect your own music to)
- Real, working fireplace
Please note: the Acorn Suite is located on the first floor (next to the Balcony Bar) and access is by stairs only, so may be unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The fireplace may be lit upon request during Winter months (and is chargeable).

The ideal baby shower venue for events of 25+ people, the newly refurbished Venue offers a luxurious, modern and stylish space that includes the following:
- tonnes of natural light
- a starlit backdrop
- mood lighting to suit your colour scheme
- bar
- BOSE sound system
- 65″ wall mounted TVs
- air conditioning
- outdoor space
Minimum 25 people. Baby showers for groups of 25-40 people would include private use of the room only (either the Courtyard Suite or the Woodland Suite) with all other spaces remaining shared. Events for 41+ people would enjoy exclusive use of the whole Venue, including private bar and outside spaces.

Book your baby shower for 20 or more guests and the mum-to-be will receive a complimentary 25-minute Mama Love Pregnancy Massage voucher (worth £50).

Our baby shower afternoon tea packages are among our most popular options and provide the perfect way to celebrate with family and friends.
Baby shower packages include:-
~ Private room hire of either The Venue or the Acorn Suite
The Venue hire from 12pm to 4pm
Acorn Suite hire from 2pm to 5.30pm
~ Tables, chairs, table linen, crockery & cutlery
~ Music system (to play your own music through)
~ Complimentary car parking
~ Choice of delicious afternoon tea with tea/coffee OR 8-item grazing buffet.
Book Our Baby Shower Venue
The Venue bookings – 25% deposit non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 1 month before the event. Where minimum numbers are not met, additional venue hire will apply.
Acorn Suite bookings – £10 per person non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 1 week before the event.
