THE VENUE
Recently refurbished & nestled in acres of picturesque grounds, this luxurious purpose built venue boasts a versatile event space, a stylish bar and foyer plus private outdoor space ideal for team building activities.
Carefully designed to allow the utmost in flexibility; movable walls and state-of-the-art AV facilities create the perfect space for training, exhibitions, product launches, conferences, private dinners and parties. With natural light, BOSE sound system, ceiling lanterns and waterfall planting, exclusive use of The Venue is ideal for larger meetings and events, or book individual suites for small-medium meetings.
THE ACORN SUITE
- Opened in 2021 following an extensive expansion and full refurbishment, the Oak House Restaurant at Moddershall Oaks boasts a first floor balcony bar with private dining space and meeting room, the Acorn Suite. A beautifully modern space with views over the adjacent woodlands and a private balcony, the Acorn Suite is ideal for small meetings or intimate dinners. The adjoining Balcony Bar can be hired for exclusive use, or as a separate breakout space.

WOODLAND PODS
Nestled on the edge of the private woodland and just a stone’s throw from The Venue itself, the woodland pods offer a collection of 13 uniquely designed, luxurious pods.
Each pod is thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities include comfy beds, black-out curtains, air conditioning, private bathrooms with bubble spa showers, luxury toiletries, hair dryers, flat screen TVs, mini-fridges, and tea/coffee making facilities.
Combining all the comforts that you ’d expect from a modern hotel with the tranquillity of a countryside retreat, the woodland pods provide the perfect haven to rest after a productive day.
BOUTIQUE SUITES
Rated 5 star guest accommodation by Visit England, the 10 cosy boutique suites provide the perfect space to relax & unwind after a busy day.
With comfy king-size beds, soft seating, air conditioning, black-out curtains, en-suite bathrooms, luxury toiletries, flat screen TVs, mini-fridges, tea/coffee facilities and a private terrace with countryside views, the suites provide a calm retreat for the end of the day.

Exclusive spa hire
A truly unique way to end your event or reward and recognise a team.
Enjoy private use of the award-winning indoor and outdoor spa facilities from 5.30pm until 9.30pm, plus use of the 10 luxury suites for the night.
Upon arrival to the spa, each guest will receive an arrival mocktail plus a fluffy robe and towel to use for the evening.
A two-course hot buffet dinner in The Venue is also included in the hire.
For those staying overnight, there are 10 luxury suites to choose from, with overnight guests each receiving a 25-minute treatment during the evening, plus a freshly cooked breakfast the following morning.
