Moddershall Oaks is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bar Assistant to join the team at the Oak House Balcony Bar. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for cocktails, a flair for great service, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced bar setting.

As Bar Assistant, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional guest experiences. From preparing beautiful cocktails to supporting lively events, this is a hands-on, guest-facing role where presentation and personality count.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving a range of drinks, with a strong focus on mixology and cocktail presentation.
• Delivering drinks with flair, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Creating a warm, welcoming environment and building rapport with guests.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of the drinks menu and making confident recommendations.
• Contributing to events like Sunset Vibes – summer evenings with live music, cocktails, and views of the Moddershall sunset.

Please note previous bar work experience is essential, ideally a minimum of 2 years is preferred.

This role involves working various shift patterns to cover days, evenings and weekends.

Hours: 20-40 hours (3-5 days)
Times: Will vary between 12pm and 12am
Salary: £10.00 – £12.21
