Introducing…The Venue! Newly refurbished and located in 72 acres of picturesque grounds, the Venue offers a luxurious and versatile space that’s perfect for larger events. With movable walls, the space can be split into smaller suites, making it ideal for smaller and more intimate events too!

Exclusive use
Events for groups of 27-50 people would include private use of the room only (either the Courtyard Suite or the Woodland Suite) with all other spaces remaining shared.
Events for 51+ people would enjoy exclusive use of the Venue, including private bar and outside spaces.
The beautifully manicured grounds provide an impressive backdrop for your event, and ample space to take some precious photos.
Moddershall Oaks is located near Stone, Staffordshire, and is easily accessible from major road, rail and air transport routes. With ample parking onsite, Moddershall Oaks is just 10 miles from the M6 motorway, a short drive from Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent railway stations and less than an hour from Derbyshire, Nottingham, Cheshire, Manchester and Birmingham.
