The jewel in our crown is our unique and luxurious 25sqm heated outdoor pool positively relaxing all year round whatever the weather.

The Sleep Lounge is a tranquil space for calm and quiet. Switch off from the world in our no-devices-allowed room, and feel the stresses of daily life leave your body. The most comfortable loungers and seating areas enable you to relax and unwind, complemented by closed shutters to keep it beautifully dark and quiet.

The Oak House Restaurant & Balcony Bar

The finest freshly prepared food with first class service and an unrivalled lakeside location. You don’t have to be a spa guest or member to dine with us in our restaurant, take part in or hold an event, indulge in a spa treatment or book a beauty treatment in our salon. However in doing so, you are not entitled to use all of the above facilities.

Full use of these spa facilities is only included when you visit Moddershall Oaks for a Spa Day or Break, booked in advance.
