Spa Receptionist (Maternity Cover)
With a flair for customer service and reception experience, ideally gained within a hotel or leisure setting, you will be a member of our busy front of house team.
You will provide guests with a warm welcome and ensure they have an outstanding experience throughout their stay with us. You will deliver check in and check out processes with high standards of accuracy and guest care alongside dealing with a whole range of guest queries and other duties.
This is an ideal role for candidates wishing to progress their careers in customer service/reception work within a luxury spa environment.
Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover until 18th February, with the potential for a permanent position at the end of the fixed-term period.
Hours: 40 per week
Shifts: Shifts include a mix of 7am starts and 10pm finishes, working every-other-weekend
Salary: £13.26 per hour
