Spa Reception Supervisor
With a passion for customer service and solid experience in reception, ideally gained within a hotel or leisure setting, you’ll take on a supervisory role within our busy front-of-house team.
As a Spa Reception Supervisor, you will support the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome for our guests and overseeing their entire experience with us. Your role will involve coordinating check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high standards of accuracy and guest care, managing guest queries, and supporting reception staff to deliver an outstanding experience.
This role is ideal for someone looking to progress in a supervisory position within a luxury spa environment and develop leadership skills in a high-quality service setting.
Hours: 40 per week
Shifts: 07.00-16.30, 08.00-17.00, 08.00-18.30 and 13.00-22.00 (2-week rolling rota, including every-other-weekend)
Salary: £13.52 per hour
