We’re looking for a reliable and personable Spa Café Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our vibrant café space within the Moddershall Oaks Spa. Working closely with the Spa Café Manager, you’ll help deliver a consistently high standard of service that reflects the luxury and warmth Moddershall Oaks is known for.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong background in food and beverage service, particularly with bar experience, and proven supervisory experience in a hospitality setting. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all our guests.

As Supervisor, you’ll assist with coordinating daily service, managing stock, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and stepping in for the Café Manager when required. The ideal candidate will bring confidence, initiative, and a proactive approach, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.

This is a varied and rewarding position that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.

Hours: 36 hours per week (including every other weekend)
Shift Times: Vary between 9:00am and 9:45pm
Salary: £12.76 per hour, plus share of tips
