What if I book my wedding At Moddershall Oaks during April & May 2024 before the winner is announced?

Firstly, a big congratulations! If you book your wedding at Moddershall Oaks during April & May 2024, you will still be eligible to win! The winner will be chosen at random and should you be chosen as the lucky winner, the prize package will be retrospectively credited to your invoice (leaving you with more money to spend on your honeymoon! Win win!)

I want more than 50 people at my wedding – can I still enter?

Of course! The Venue can comfortably accommodate up to 130 people. If you’re lucky enough to win, we’ll cover the cost of the venue hire, wedding breakfast, drinks package and buffet for 50 people, and you can add your extra guests on separately too!

Eligibility The competition is open to all couples who have an active wedding enquiry AND have EITHER attended a show round at Moddershall oaks during the months of April & May 2024 OR have attended the wedding open day on Sunday 12th May. Participants must be 18 years or older.

Participants who book their wedding at Moddershall Oaks during this time period are still eligible to win, and the venue hire, wedding breakfast, drinks package and evening buffet costs for 50 people will be retrospectively removed from the invoice.

Prize details The grand prize includes a wedding at Moddershall Oaks for 50 guests including venue hire, basic 3 course wedding breakfast (supplements may apply for upgraded dish choices), drinks package and evening buffet. The winner will be chosen at random.

Entry requirements To enter, participants must have an active wedding enquiry / make a new wedding enquiry AND book a show round during the months of April & May 2024 or attend the wedding open day on Sunday 12th May 2024.

Winner announcement The winner will be announced on Monday 3rd June 2024. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize redemption The grand prize must be redeemed within 18 months of the competition end date and is subject to availability.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
