Restaurant Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Oak House Restaurant, playing a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and supporting our reputation as one of the best restaurants in Staffordshire and beyond.
The Restaurant Supervisor will take responsibility for overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of service, ensuring the restaurant is presented to the highest standard at all times, and coordinating seamless food and drink service throughout each shift. You will lead by example, supporting and motivating the team on the floor, greeting guests with a warm and professional approach, responding confidently to queries, and ensuring every detail contributes to an outstanding guest experience.
You will assist the Restaurant Management team with allocating duties, monitoring service standards, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times. The role will also involve supporting team members during busy service periods, maintaining excellent communication between front of house and kitchen teams, and assisting across our wider Food & Beverage areas when required.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within a restaurant environment, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to lead a team in a fast-paced service. You will be proactive, hands-on, and passionate about delivering high standards of food and drink service, with a strong focus on guest care and team performance.
This role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their restaurant career, particularly those with experience supervising front-of-house teams who are keen to develop within a busy and professional restaurant setting.
Hours: 40 hours
Shifts: 5 days a week – full availability Mon-Sun, daytime & evening
