Restaurant Manager
This is a unique opportunity to manage and grow our stunning Oak House Restaurant at Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat in rural Staffordshire.
Working in partnership with our Head Chef and other department managers, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered, building our reputation as one of the best places to dine in Staffordshire and beyond.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record and extensive experience in a management role within a high-end restaurant environment. You must be truly passionate about hospitality, with a prime focus on service excellence and inspiring your team to achieve the highest standards.
As a strong leader and role model, you will use a person-centred approach to ensure your team is organised, developed, and motivated, making the Oak House the go-to venue for lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, private dining, and more.

Hours: 45 hours per week
Days: 5 days including weekends and late nights
Salary: £35,000 per annum, plus tips
