Restaurant Assistant

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic team players to join our team, playing a key role in supporting Oak House Restaurant and helping us deliver an excellent dining experience for our guests.

The Food & Beverage Assistant role involves supporting the day-to-day running of service within the restaurant, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a seamless food and drink experience. You will greet guests, provide attentive service, ensure the restaurant remains clean and well presented at all times, and support the team to maintain high service standards throughout each shift.

You will have a friendly and professional approach to ensure our guests are welcomed and provided with a service that is both memorable and delivered to the highest standards.

In addition to your work within the restaurant, you will also be expected to support our events team when required, assisting with the set-up and delivery of weddings, parties and exclusive events. This may include the manual handling and movement of chairs, tables and event equipment, greeting guests, providing food and drink service, ensuring the venue remains clean and tidy, and clearing away after events have finished.

This role would suit someone with previous restaurant or food and beverage experience, or someone with a passion for delivering excellent service in a busy and varied hospitality environment.

Hours: 0 hours
Shifts: Dinner service across Mon-Sun
Salary: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
