What time should I arrive at Moddershall Oaks? 

We ask all guests to adhere to your allocated arrival and departure time which is outlined on your booking confirmation. 

I’ve booked in for a treatment only, when should I arrive ?

Arrive 10/15 minutes prior to your spa treatment to complete a medical form. Spa use is not included when visiting us for a treatment only. 

What do I need to bring with me on the day? 

We provide you with towels & robes during your stay with us.  We do have Flip flops available to purchase for £5 or feel free to bring your own.  Upon check-in you are required to provide a pre-authorisation of a credit/debit card. For security, the card will need to be presented and the pin entered. Kindly note contactless payments are not accepted as a pre authorisation. 

Can I still come if I’m pregnant?

Of course you can, although you will have to avoid hydrotherapy, sauna and steam rooms and certain treatments. At Moddershall Oaks we have spa treatments for pregnant ladies – please make sure you tell us if you are or suspect you are pregnant.

What if I have a physical ailment, disability or allergy?

Just let us know – when you book if you can, and we will customise your spa treatments accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Casual. You are here to relax and you will find many people make the most of that opportunity by wearing robes or gym wear around Moddershall, even at breakfast and lunch. For your evening meal  you will need  to change into smart/casual clothing. 

Is there an age restriction?

Yes, at Moddershall we want adults to be able to relax away from all responsibilities. That’s why we have a minimum age of 14 years in place. Please note the minimum age for spa treatments is 16 years and above.
