Events Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and driven Events Supervisor to join our events team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional weddings, parties and exclusive events, and supporting our reputation as one of the best venues in Staffordshire and beyond.

The Events Supervisor will take responsibility for overseeing the smooth delivery of events from set-up through to completion. This includes supervising the team with the manual handling and movement of chairs, tables and event equipment, ensuring the venue is presented to the highest standard, and coordinating seamless food and drink service throughout each event. You will lead by example, greeting guests with a warm and professional approach, responding confidently to queries, and ensuring every detail contributes to a memorable guest experience.

You will be responsible for assisting the Event Management team with allocating duties, monitoring service standards, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times. The role will also involve liaising with other departments and assisting across our wider Food & Beverage areas when required.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within events or hospitality, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be proactive, hands-on, and passionate about delivering high standards of service.

This role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career, particularly those with experience in or a qualification in Events Management, who are keen to develop within a busy and diverse events environment.
