Events Sales Coordinator

Start Date: 7th April 2026
Hours: 40 hours
Shift pattern: Variable shifts between approx. 8.30am–5pm or 12pm–8.30pm on weekdays, and 8am–4.30pm (or half days) at weekends.
Flexibility: Working 3 out of 4 weekend days (with one weekend day off in every two weeks). Flexibility is essential as rotas may change at short notice to accommodate show rounds.
Salary: £27,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission (OTE average £32,000)

An exciting sales opportunity has arisen, ideal for someone with a passion for sales, customer service and events.

This important role provides the highest standards of service, responding to enquiries about weddings and other events. You will meet with customers to discuss their specific requirements and put together tailored packages to meet their expectations. There are ambitious sales targets in place and the successful applicant must be driven to meet these.

Key skills requirements are excellent customer care, great interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and meeting deadlines. You should also have some experience of events, particularly weddings.

This is an ideal role for candidates wishing to combine their flair for sales and love of events.
