Food & Beverage Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead, expand and unite our diverse F&B operations at the picturesque Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat in rural Staffordshire.
Collaborating closely with our key food and beverage leaders, you will ensure top-tier service across all our food and beverage outlets, enhancing our status as a premier destination for dining and events in Staffordshire and beyond.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with substantial management experience in the spa, restaurant or high-end leisure sectors. You should have a deep passion for the hospitality industry, focusing on balancing service excellence with the financial needs of the business, driving your team to achieve unparalleled success.
As an inspirational leader and hands-on role model, you will adopt a person-centred approach to keep your teams well-organised, developed, and motivated.

Days: 5 days including weekends and late nights
Salary: £40,000 depending on experience
