We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced operational Events Manager to lead our fantastic events team in our beautiful, newly refurbished venue.

You will proactively manage and motivate the events team, leading by example and ensuring that the Venue retains its reputation as one of the best places to hold functions in Staffordshire.
You will work closely with other managers to make certain that all events are adequately resourced whilst balancing staff and purchasing budgets.
Your ultimate responsibility will be the flawless execution of all weddings and events, delivering a service that matches the excellence of a 5-star establishment and surpasses guest expectations.

During quieter periods, you will also support our broader events department by handling enquiries, presenting the venue to potential clients, following up on leads, and making impactful sales.

You will have positive attitude with willingness and flexibility, as well as high attention to detail and take great pride in your work.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail who takes great pride in their work. Previous experience in wedding management is essential, and experience in event sales is highly desirable.

Hours: 45 per week (5 days per week, including late nights and weekends)
Salary: From £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
