The duties associated with this position are property wide and include, but are not limited to:
1. Carry out repairs as instructed on site including painting, patch plastering, joinery, and other general maintenance tasks.
2. Support the Maintenance and Facilities Engineer by carrying out a variety of PPM tasks in line with the scheduled work cycle.
3. Assist with responding to the company job card maintenance system.
4. Help to maintains pools and associated plants. Ensure the correct maintenance of water chemistry across all pools and specifically respond to abnormal readings and correct to prescribed tolerances.
5. Assist with grounds maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Some experience working in a similar role and environment.
-A combination of maintenance skills, including building and plumbing.
-Exceptional attention to detail, cleaning skills and very high standards of work.
-Ability to work with some degree of flexibility in terms of hours, as certain works can only be carried out when the business is closed.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Days: 5 days per week (either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
Shift Times: 08.30-17.00
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
