Human Resources Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for HR to support our HR Manager with effective end-to-end administrative support.
You will provide an effective HR administration service focused on employing and retaining great employees who have the values, commitment and skills to make Moddershall Oaks a special place to be.
You will ensure HR records are accurate and up to date and that all required HR processes are followed, whilst maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Other responsibilities include collecting KPI data and supporting with the administering of employee engagement activities.
Ideally with some experience in HR, an eye for detail, excellent written language and numerical skills, you will be keen to broaden your experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
We are looking for someone who is happy to work around 16-20 hours per week, across 3 days. We are flexible on which days as long as they are Monday-Friday, and we are flexible on the working hours as long as they fall between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
Hours: 16-20 hours per week
Days: Any 3 weekdays
Salary: £11.25 per hour
