Events Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced operational Events Manager to lead our fantastic events team in our beautiful, newly refurbished venue.

You will proactively manage and motivate the events team, leading by example and ensuring that the Venue retains its reputation as one of the best places to hold functions in Staffordshire.
You will work closely with other managers to make certain that all events are adequately resourced whilst balancing staff and purchasing budgets.
Ultimately you are responsible for the seamless running of all weddings and events, ensuring an exceptional service commensurate with a 5* establishment and exceeded guest expectations.
You will have positive attitude with willingness and flexibility, as well as high attention to detail and take great pride in your work.

Previous wedding management experience is essential.

Hours: 45 per week (5 days per week, including late nights and weekends)
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
