Your evening will commence with a glass of fizz on arrival, followed by 4 different sparkling wines from Italy and England, paired perfectly with each taster course – a menu specially curated for the event by our Head Chef.

Julia from Just Perfect Wines, a local specialist sparkling wine importer,  will guide you through the evening, discovering interesting facts about the wines, producers and wine industry.
