COMMIS CHEF

We are looking for an ambitious and committed Commis Chef who is ready to develop their career with us. You will be an important part of the team so you’ll need to have high standards and demonstrate good attention to detail.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has completed their NVQ qualifications in catering (or is committed to completing NVQ qualifications) and is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting and growing company.

In return for your time and effort we will provide you with all the training and support you need and there will be plenty of opportunities to build a career with us.

We would ideally prefer you to have some experience of working in a busy kitchen but it is more important that you are keen to learn and have a real passion for good food. Split shifts apply initially Monday to Friday each week.

ELEMIS TRAINED SPA THERAPIST

We are looking for a dedicated, professional and motivated therapist to join the spa team at Moddershall Oaks. The position is permanent, full time, and based on a rolling rota. A part time position may also be available (if applying for part time, please state the hours and days you require).

As Spa Therapist at Moddershall Oaks you would be responsible for:-

*Providing spa and beauty treatments to a high standard

*Delivering treatments as per set procedures and timings

*Giving professional advice, aftercare and prescriptions

*Selling retail products to set targets

*Meeting the needs of guests, giving the highest standard of service possible

*Replenishing stock and cleaning when necessary

You must provide a high level of customer service, possess good time keeping skills and have the ability to use your initiative.

NVQ Level 3 is essential, so too is some salon or spa experience. Elemis training is required for this position, and further training can be provided. The rate of pay is based on experience.

PROFESSIONAL WAITING ON STAFF

We are seeking professional waiting on staff for our fine dining restaurant. If you have the experience and out going personality to deliver great service we want to hear from you.

This is a full time position with a roster over 7-days; some split shifts will be required. We offer a very competitive salary for quality people who want to build on their career in hospitality

You must have a high level of customer service skills, excellent communication skills, have the ability to use your initiative and be a strong team player. Experience of working in a busy restaurant/establishment is necessary. The salary is based on experience + tips.
